By creating an account or continuing to use Quill Studio you agree to these terms. If you are using the service on behalf of an organisation, you confirm you have authority to bind that organisation. If you are using it as an individual, you confirm you are of legal age to enter a contract.

Quill Studio is a subscription web application that generates and stores marketing copy using AI models, across templates such as blog posts, ads, emails and social content. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service within the plan you have selected.

You must provide accurate information and keep it up to date. You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for all activity that occurs under your account.

You must not misuse the service. In particular, you must not:

• use it for any unlawful purpose, or in breach of applicable regulation;
• use it for fraud, spam, bulk unsolicited messaging or deceptive marketing;
• infringe the intellectual property or privacy rights of others;
• interfere with the security or integrity of the service, including probing, scanning, scraping, or introducing malware;
• attempt to circumvent usage limits, entitlement checks or technical restrictions;
• reverse engineer, resell or redistribute the service.

Quill Studio produces AI generated output. You are responsible for the prompts and source material you submit, for having the rights to that material, and for reviewing outputs before publishing them. You must not use the service to produce illegal content, hate speech, deceptive impersonations or deepfakes, malicious code, or content designed to harass or defraud.

Outputs may be inaccurate, incomplete or unoriginal. They are not professional, legal, medical or financial advice and should not be relied upon without human review. As between you and us, you own the copy you generate, subject to your compliance with these terms.

If you believe content generated or stored through the service infringes your rights, contact us at magdi_uk@yahoo.com and we will review and act on valid complaints. We may remove or restrict content, filter or refuse outputs, and suspend accounts responsible for repeated infringement.

We retain ownership of the service and all intellectual property in it, including the software, templates, documentation and branding. You grant us a limited licence to host and process the content you submit solely so we can provide the service to you.

Quill Studio Pro is offered as a monthly subscription at $97 per month or an annual subscription at $997 per year. Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period until cancelled. Monthly subscriptions can be cancelled at any time after the first payment; access continues until the end of the paid period.

Payments are processed by Stripe, Inc. through Stripe's hosted checkout, which collects your card or other payment details. Magdi Dakroury trading as “Quill Studio” remains the seller of the service. We never see or store your full card number.

Refunds are covered by our Refund Policy, which offers a 30 day money-back guarantee. Billing questions: magdi_uk@yahoo.com.

We work to keep Quill Studio available and reliable, but we do not guarantee that it will be uninterrupted, timely, secure or error-free. Features may change, and third party AI providers may impose their own limits or downtime.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all implied warranties, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. We are not liable for indirect, consequential or special damages, including loss of profits, data or goodwill. Our aggregate liability is limited to the fees you paid in the twelve months before the claim. Nothing in these terms excludes liability for fraud, death or personal injury where such exclusion is not permitted by law.

You indemnify us against claims arising from your content, your unlawful use of the service, or your breach of these terms.

We may suspend or terminate access for material breach of these terms, non-payment, security or fraud risk, or repeated or serious policy violations. You may cancel at any time from your account page. On termination your access ends and, after a reasonable export window, your stored drafts may be deleted.

We may assign these terms in connection with a merger or acquisition; you may not assign them without our consent. Neither party is liable for delays caused by events beyond reasonable control. If any provision is unenforceable, the rest remains in effect. These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Magdi Dakroury is established, and disputes are subject to the courts of that jurisdiction.
